So, we may have thought that both the iPhone 2.1 and iPod touch 2.1 firmwares were being released on Friday, as Steve Jobs said on stage this morning. However, apparently the comment only applied to the iPhone, as the iPod touch 2.1 firmware is already available on the iTunes Store.
